Shipping Policies
Thank you for supporting our handcrafted products. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons or product restocks, processing times may be slightly extended. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient delivery method for your location.
Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days once the package has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
Any available promotional free shipping offers will be applied automatically.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Warm Weather Shipping
Some products—especially items containing butters or oils—may soften during warm weather. We recommend retrieving your package promptly once delivered. We are not responsible for melting due to heat exposure.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
(If you plan to add this later, I can revise.)
